摘要：
In the present article we explain an intervention with a patient diagnosed with Schizophrenia with severe negative symptoms. We used the Behavioral Activation Therapy with Acceptance and Commitment components. The objective is to analyse the changes occurred after the intervention. We used the PANSS in order to assess the changes. The final goal is to reflect about the combination of different treatments that mutually work to improve the patient's quality of life. The results were an improvement in willingness and a decrease in motor retardation, in absorption and in somatic concerns. This lead to an improvement in cognitive functions.
