摘要：
The current work analyzes, under a practical prism, the regime of modification of the contracts of the public sector after the entry into force of the Law of Sustainable Economy. Specially it approaches the origin of the current regulation, the area of action (positive and negative) of the modified ones, the suppositions of modification, with distinction between conventional modifications and legal modifications, the procedure to continue to carry out the contractual alteration, the effects that produce the contractual novations and the transitory regime arranged by the legislator.
