摘要
A simple and accurate method for the determination of the solubility parameter components δd, δp, δh, of polymers has been proposed. The method is based on the geometrical model in three dimensional space proposed by Hansen. The determination is based on the application of two mixtures of solvents. For each mixture, the point of maximum interaction between the mixture and the polymer has been obtained. The point P (δd, δp, δh) lies on the intersection of two planes passing through points of maximum interaction between the given mixtures and polymer. The point of maximum interaction between the mixture of four solvents and polymer has been chosen on the intersection line of these planes. This point is equal to the solubility parameter of polymer.
