摘要：
This contribution primarily discusses the African philosophical concept of Ubuntu. Its aim is to present the meaning of the word and the whole concept to the reader. Furthermore, it analyses the situations which are perceived as contradictory concepts. This paper also identifies the differences between cultures in the issue of everyday life. In the following part, the article focuses on the topic of happiness and satisfaction in the lives of people living in Africa.
