摘要
The school setting has been a widely studied subject from various points of view. However, the relationship between teachers and the conflicts arising between them have seldom been dealt with. Interaction between teachers has traditionally been interpreted as talkative, peaceful and harmonious, with teachers being recognized as having a strong sense of mutual support. Nonetheless, this widely held view does not conform to the reality of some teachers in certain educational centers. These teachers describe complex and difficult relationships, which at times may even be traumatic. This article aims to demonstrate this often hidden social reality.
