The financing of scientific research at the Universities of Medical Sciences of Cuba. Realities, Challenges and Legal Aspects

The financing of scientific activity is very important for the proper development and in turn it will contribute to national development. In the Universities of Medical Sciences in Cuba there are many problems for both planning to execute this budget, a situation that extends to the rest of the centers of the National Health System. This work also draw attention to this situation presents a summary of the laws and resolutions in the country to allow proper planning and implementation of the budget according to the development of science. Legal issues to be taken into account in a responsible manner both researchers and people with decision-making system.
