摘要
The polycrystalline samples of Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy were prepared by the melt-quenching method, ana examined by Raman spectroscopy. In these samples, the c-axis of each plate-like microcrystal was parallel to the surface of the samples. The Raman spectra of the two surfaces of a sample were found to differ each other, especially in the intensity of the 660 cm(-1) phonon line. From the comparison of the x-ray powder diffraction patterns of these two surfaces, it is suggested that the difference of the Raman spectra is related, to difference in amounts of the 2223 phase and that the 660 cm(-1) phonon line can be assigned to the 2223 phase.
