摘要：
This paper presents a band theory of impurity superlattices that takes into account the atomicity of impurity charges by using a Hamiltonian which is a functional of the probability distribution of donor and acceptor impurities. In this theory, subbands are generated from the symmetry breaking caused by the presence of impurities. Subband structure is determined by means of a canonical transformation. The analysis of electron-photon coupling shows that there is a hierarchy of selection rules for the p. A coupling of subbands.
