摘要：
The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems presented at the international seminar, to the consideration of key aspects of the reflections of the participants in the discussion. The focus is on the assessments and conclusions of leading experts, characterizing the mechanisms of formation of historical politics and historical memory of the Napoleonic wars and the First World War.
