HOW TO ADAPT BUSINESS PLANNING TO ECONOMY IN CRISIS

It is obvious that the current world economy in crisis, as a result of chaotic technological and financial domination of the most developed countries will last long since such monopolization is difficult to be stopped. Thus it is difficult for economic subjects to make reliable development plans and so their businesses are less effective. The authors of this article want to contribute to solution of this huge economic problem and so write about the results of their research in which they found out that the parts of business plans should be divided into constitutive and logistic, while the former should be projected elastically, since the risks in economic crisis are huge. It should be emphasized that such business plans, made in Serbia during 2008 and 2009, had good results in practice.
