FRACTURE IN FULLY COUPLED DYNAMIC THERMOELASTICITY

摘要
WE DEDUCE SoMe simple, asymptotic, near crack tip temperature fields for arbitrarily propagating cracks in fully coupled thermoelastic media. The cracks are perturbing either remote tensile or shear stress fields in homogeneous materials. The near crack tip temperature fields for interfacial cracks between different isotropic thermoelastic materials are also considered. Such results should be of value when used together with numerical models or experimental studies. The properties of an invariant integral are used to analyze time dependent, but spatially uniformly loaded, stationary fractures in a thermoelastic material.
