摘要
An acoustic step-wave probing technique using ultrasonic waves was used to investigate electric field distributions in solid dielectrics. The acoustic step-wave was generated by means of a piezoelectric transducer. The electric field distributions were measured in three kinds of samples: Teflon, polyethyleneterephtharate (PET) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Differences in the shape of distorted electric field distributions were observed for each material due to the injected charges and the polarization charges.
