摘要
The influence of auditory-visual stimuli presentation timing at the onset on the perception of offset asynchrony is investigated. In the experiment, a visual stimulus was presented on a PC monitor to an experimental subject seated 0.8m away and an auditory stimulus was replayed monaurally to the left ear from the PC via headphones. To investigate the influence of the auditory-visual stimuli asynchrony at the onset on the perception of the offset asynchrony, five presentation timings were adopted at the onset. Regarding the selection probability dependence on the onset presentation timing, when the auditory stimulus was presented first at the onset, the probability of auditory disappearance being first was less than that when the visual stimulus was presented first. Results also show that the perception of offset asynchrony is affected by the onset presentation timing.
