Affirmative action in UFSCar : developments in a pedagogy course

摘要
The results presented in this article are part of the analysis of master's research entitled: "Affirmative Action: Education and Research in the view of the education of ethnic-racial relations" developed with CNPQ funding with the objective to analyse the implementation process of the of the Affirmative Action programs in the partner institutions in this project (UFSCar, UFMG, UFSC, UFPE, UFMS and UFPA.). The joint and comparative analysis in institutions was developed in order to discuss and investigate whether higher education institutions have adopted curricular restructuring policies from the Affirmative Action policies. The project was developed from the documentary analysis of the drawings of the proposals of the institutions involved, analysis of monitoring reports of Affirmative Action policies in institutions and interviews with the graduation managers and students of the institutions involved. This article presents the results of the analysis of interviews with students of undergraduate courses in Education UFSCar.
