Teacher training within Intercultural Education: an overview of their initial and permanent training

摘要
This article analyzes the basis of training received by teachers and future teachers on Intercultural Education. For this reason, we will perform a review of the main relevant concepts towards our work: Intercultural Education, management models of multiculturalism, to reach the theoretical basis on which teacher training is based on, both initially and throughout teaching and a teaching career. We will analyze in the first place the main concepts that determine the professoriate's initial training, to later look at the permanent teacher training and see how this develops.
