摘要：
A unique structure for the Electric Power Engineering Program at the University of Florida has been developed involving industry, university and government. This structure has distinct advantages in pursuing research objectives, obtaining funding, and promoting the energy field and edcuation. This paper presents the power program and the strategic improvements that have been made in the areas of research, funding, industrial linkages, continuing education and instruction.
