摘要
With the use of the exact solution by the Bethe ansatz method, charge excitations in the one-dimensional Hubbard model are investigated. The density of states and momentum dependent susceptibility for the charged hole are shown to have a large enhancement due to the formation of the Hubbard gap. The calculated thermodynamic quantities such as the compressibility and the specific heat are discussed in connection with the characteristics of the charged holes. © 1990.
