摘要
Osthole 1,7-methoxy-8-(3-methylbut-2-enyl) coumarin, and gomerol 2 were detected as trace constituents in the non-volatile fraction of cold-pressed peel oil obtained from Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck cv. Valencia. Neither the coumarin nor the diterpene was previously known as a constituent of sweet orange oil. Gomerol was synthesized from manool 3 to confirm its structure.
