摘要
Infant milk formulae with 0.5-1.0% or without lactlose were, fed to weanling rats for five weeks to assess the effect preponderance of Bifidobacteria on the intestinal absolution of certain nutrients. No significant diffrences the absorption attct retention of nitrogen, calcium, pho, sphorus and iron were observed among any ofhe formulate. Absorption am/ retentian at nitrogen (< 85%) and phosphorus (> 95%) were high compared to those. for calcium attd iron (56-77%). The results of further indicated that be dohacterial Iora had no effect on the absorption arid retention of nutrients from teh formulate. Incorporation of lactulose did not affect the growth. blood composition or histopathology of liver indicating that it had no adverse effects on continuous consumption by rats during their growth period.
