摘要：
Coronary artery spasm is defined angiographically as total vessel occlusion or subtotal occlusion with only faint, delayed distal filling of contrast medium, whether observed in arterial segments with or without organic stenosis. To provide insight into the mechanism of coronary artery spasm, we explain coronary artery spasm in an angiographically normal-appearing coronary artery. Although somewhat overly simplified, three basic views have been put forth to explain coronary spasm: specific agents, hypersensitivity, and geometry.
