摘要：
In this article the author points out that in nearest future the development of the educational market of Russia would take place by taking into account the actual needs of the state. Areas of state intervention in the functioning of the market include: implementation of targeted programs to support the demand for certain specialties - training of the specialists that demanded on today's job market, as well as the development of innovative activities of educational institutions. The author notes that in order to enhance the innovative activity of educational institutions comprehensive measures are currently implementing, including modernization of the legislative framework, promotion of interaction between educational institutions and business organizations, as well as channeling funds for the development of scientific research in the framework of federal target programs.
