摘要
We consider an M/G/1 queueing system with multiclass priorities and feedbacks. J classes of obs arrive at every station according to Poisson processes. The service time distributions are arbitrary. The service discipline is either the first come first served or the preemptive last come first served basis for each class. After receiving a service, the job either departs from the system, or feeds back to the system as a new job independent of the previous class. We derive the explicit solution for the mean sojourn time that the specific tagged jobs spends in the system from its feedback arrival to departure from the system.
