摘要
Operations involving only small muscle groups have increasing importance in work settings. Nevertheless exercise induced heart frequence and blood pressure changes during work of small muscle groups are not well examined. Therefore we investigated reactions of handgrip exercise on heart frequence and blood pressure in hypertonics being fit for work, COLD-patients and controls. In COLD blood gases and parameters of pulmonary hemodynamics were measured additionally in rest and exercise. During handgrip we found only small increases in heart frequence, but considerable increases in blood pressure, especially in diastolic blood pressure. These reactions are higher than those during leg exercise in bicycle ergometry. In COLD we moreover found a notable increase in mean pulmonary arterial pressure. The results indicate remarkable cardiovascular reactions during work of small muscle groups in healthy people as well as in patients. In future these reactions should be taken into account in decisions on job fitness for working with small muscle groups.
