摘要
This article emphasizes the epistemological deepening for environmental education from analysis of an environmental education project. Brings analyzes of a "case study" of educational activities developed in Municipal Elementary School Ceni Soares Dias located in Jaguarao, Rio Grande do Sul. The data show that, through a participatory and continuous process, Environmental Education Transformative can awaken for the complex sense of environmental issues, highlighting the theoretical study based on educational practice. It appears that this education perspective can contribute to the democratic emancipation, and promoter of a social transformation to a more just and equitable society.
