摘要
The sound wave propagation in a layered conductor is studied theoretically under the condition of the Pippard effect. It is shown that owing to the quasi-two-dimensional character of the energy spectrum of charge carriers, the role of the electric fields accompanying the sound wave in the absorption of the wave energy by the electrons increases considerably, which leads to the resonance behavior of the attenuation coefficient of the ultrasound.
