Sociology of Bodies and Emotions in Latinamerica through the ALAS - GT26

For various reasons and from very different traditions in the late 905 social studies of bodies and emotions had begun to take the form of scientific articles, books and / or research groups. In those years, from sociology, anthropology and philosophy, the interest on the bodies and emotions as keys to understanding society was crystallized in projects and research programs. Here we intend to make evident through the issues addressed by the presentations of the Working Group 26 ALAS one of the possible approaches to this field of study in our region and present some lines of work for a possible future agenda. In this agenda, under a dialectical, tensional and helicoidally process, it's argued that the studies on bodies and emotions have been located "outside" of all empiricist and objectivist view on objects and procedures of a suitable and acceptable disciplinary field.
