To do so, have the following specific goals: (a) establish a relationship of basic rules that constitute the theoretical accounting Brazilian who discoursed on the subject that made the division between titles such as dealing with the classification of securities as a liability or as equity (b) identify the concepts presented in the international standard (IAS 32) and American (SFAS 150) and compare with separate procedures or standards in Brazil covering subject matter in order to explain differences, (c) reveal what types of financial instruments used in Brazil are susceptible to application of the standard North American, (d) analyze how Endesa SA Brazil, which reports its financial statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), classifies its hybrid securities in their disclosures. The survey classified themselves as a bibliographical study, document and quality.
