摘要
When the largest cement line in the world so far was commissioned at the Tabkwang cement works of Siam City Cement Co. in Thailand in December 1992 the world largest packing and loading plant also came into operation. Up to 200000 bags of cement have to be packed every day to match a nominal clinker production of 10000 t/d. This problem is solved by a total of 10 packing lines with rotary packers and automatic bag applicators operating in close cooperation with 16 Autopacs and 4 conventional vehicle loading belt conveyors. The bulk cement is handled in 4 loading lines positioned underneath 2 cement silos. The equipment was supplied by Haver & Boecker in cooperation with Beumer and Ibau. The layout of this packing and loading terminal, which is the largest in the world so far, the mechanical configuration of its equipment, and its electrical control system are described below.
