摘要：
Between january 1999 and july 2009 we have performed 35183 MRI examiantions and 60 % were dedicated for spine. Our paper shows special imaging aspects in MRI semiology, the associated elements and differential diagnosis with other lesions that mimic the same clinical aspect.
