摘要：
Side strips and sealings for cars are mostly made from profiles, which consist of a metal core and a thermoplastic or rubber sheathing. These profiles have several functions: seeling, attenuation, decoration, and protection. Their construction and the methods to obtain the combination of desired properties are described.
