摘要：

The article is devoted to the strategy of the European Union in the sphere of energy after the crisis, which happened in 2008-2009 years after stopping delivery of natural gas to Europe by Ukraine. It is shown, that the European Union is striving to diversity the sources of supplying with oil and natural gas by increasing the delivery from its traditional suppliers-Alger and Libya. Thus the European Union tries to decrease the dependence from Russia which it receives 50% of gas. The concrete projects which the European companies are going to create in oil and gas branch of industry in Alger and Libya are represented in the article.
