摘要
S-35(0) was offered to wheat intact chloroplasts and S-35 products analysed. Radioactivity in SO42- was determined after precipitation by BaCl2. Bimane derivatives of S compounds were separated by HPLC and detected by fluorimetry and radioactivity monitoring. It has been observed that fresh chloroplasts were able to oxidize S-35(0) to (SO42-)-S-35 via the production of (SO42-)-S-35 and (SO32-)-S-35. From the characteristics of this oxidation, the operation of chloroplastic enzymatic mechanisms is proposed.
