摘要
Rotational power Losses have been measured on non-oriented and grain-oriented silicon steel sheet. under different rotational flux conditions. Several methods have been proposed for this purpose. Among these. the method based on the measurement of the field quantities Bx. By. Hxand Hy seems to be the most convenient. as far as the preparation of the test specimen is concerned. In this method the rotational power loss Pr is measured as the torque loss generated from the angle of lag between the H-vector and the B-vector caused by the rotating field. The effect of axis ratio of the rotational flux components and the inclination angle of field strength relative to the rolling direction of sample sheet on the rotational power loss was investigated by this method. Furthermore this loss was compared with the conventional loss which was shown as the sum of loss Pt in x- and y-direction. Although in non-oriented steel sheet Pt (conventional rotational loss) is larger than Pro in grain-oriented steel sheet Pt s smaller than Pro When field strength is applied to 45 direction in non-oriented sheet from rolling direction of sheet the rotational power loss reached minimum values. © 1990 IEEE
