摘要：
In this article I examine two documentaries-The Trial (of Ramush Haradinaj) and War Don Don-in which defence lawyers describe their experience of international criminal trials. Drawing on my own experience, I argue that defence lawyers are especially well placed to identify and critique several key structural attributes of international criminal law and process.
