摘要：

Compositions of the homogeneous azeotropes in the systems Khladon 22-chlorine, Khladon 22-chlorine-hydrogen fluoride, and Khladon 21-hydrogen fluoride are determined experimentally, and that of the azeotrope in the system Khladon 22-hydrogen fluoride, under conditions close to technological, after removing acidic impurities from the products of synthesis of Khladon 22, was determined precisely.
