摘要
The paper presents the results of investigations concerning the influence of dispersed phase on tribological properties of selected lubricating compositions. For the production lubricating greases linseed oil was used, which was then thickened with lithium stearate, aluminum stearate, calcium stearate, modified amorphous silica Aerosil (R) and montmorillonite. The investigations of tribological properties were carried out for lubricating greases using the tribology tester T-02 and the obtained results were compared with each other and the influence of thickener type on the values of tested parameters was evaluated. For the estimation of tribological properties, results of investigations limiting load of wear (G(oz)/40), welding load (P-z), scuffing load (P-t), limiting load of scuffing (P-oz) and the limiting pressure of seizure (P-oz) were used. Based on the obtained results of tribological investigations of selected lubricating compositions, it was concluded that the most favorable antiwear properties are compositions, wherein calcium stearate and montmorillonite were used as the dispersed phase, while the best antiscuffing protection have compositions, wherein as the dispersed phase was used montmorillonite and modified amorphous silica Aerosil (R).
