FLOW-INJECTION ANALYSIS USING FOURIER-TRANSFORM OF A MULTIPLE INJECTION SIGNAL

摘要
A novel measuring procedure is proposed for flow-injection analysis. Fast, multiple injection of the same standard or sample solution and Fourier transform of a measured periodic signal allows to obtain a response linearly related to concentration with improved signal-to-noise ratio. The effectiveness of the proposed procedure was demonstrated for the flow-injection determination of nitrite with biamperometric detection.
