This article aims to reflect, at first, the understanding of action and political action that seeks, above all, the transformation of man into a subject object. The second time, it takes into account the relationship between education and action which has as a priority the humanity of man against violence that dehumanizes. The aim is to analyze the Weil's thought in regard to education in their moral and political aspect, and realize that, deep in his reflection, there is a concern with the formation of the modern man. And more than ever, education, moral perspective, should be the fulcrum in this fight against the objectification of man, so that it ceases to be an object and becomes the subject to faction and the transformation of self and society he lives.
