CONTROL OF THE RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF CEMENT CLAY DISPERSIONS BY ORGANOSILICON FLUIDS

摘要
Rotational viscometry was used to study the rheological behavior of cement-clay dispersions with additions of a filler (fly ash) and chemical reagents (organo-silicon fluids GKZh-11 and GKZh-12) in relation to the method of addition of bentonite and the chemical additive and also the degree of mixing of both the bentonite suspension and the whole composite. It was determined that in the presence of GKZh-11, the occurrence of structure-formation processes was weakened and retarded, whereas the addition of GKZh-12 caused acceleration of the setting times of the dispersion.
