Democracy today: rupture of the political limits

The article describes fancy dress costumes that Democracy adopts in the political culture of the late twentieth century and early twenty-first century. Given to the impossibility of real democracy and dissatisfaction with the dominant political schemes, citizens play a new leading role of democracy based on the recognition that, in its essence, it is impossible to achieve, and create a new form of democracy based on the exercise of public opinion through the communication means. Political actors currently include this new form of democracy in their political culture which contributes to the renewal of its form. Also, this vision of democracy, power and political participation impact on the political field of the educational processes and condition them.
