摘要：

The Spanish Constitution of 1978 includes as one of its essential axes the principle of territorial unity, together with those of autonomy (which it recognizes with generosity). However, against the Constitutional Order and the democratic system, the most unconstitutional misconduct in the Catalan Community has been going on for years, which continues to this day, worsening ostensibly with the secessionist events of 2017. This process has been answered, since its beginning, step by step, by an impeccable doctrine of the Constitutional Court and other Courts, nullifying such actions, in accordance with the democratic system and the constitutional order.
