摘要
The field of public policy is provocative and demands from us, and in us, the release of pre-defined templates that are likely to become limiting for practical action. Implying ourselves is necessary to go beyond the boundaries, often rigid, of different cores of knowledge / power concerned with the production of life, turning our daily life into a continuous process of engagement and agreement of the various actors involved in the health production process, especially in primary health care. In this paper we intend to present an interesting planning technology for the psychologist working with large groups. We present an action developed from the technique of Local Health Planning and Programming (PPLS), not as a model to be privileged among the possible technologies-instead, we chose the PPLS as an example of a device used in an activity which creates collective processes that could question, answer and reconfigure, with the community, and with the movements in the territory, the demands of local health. For this, there are many other possible devices yet to be invented. The effect of the psychologist's intervention in the process was the inclusion of a look at the subjective processes and their development in addressing the health problems of the community and their teams.
