摘要：
The ongoing project was started in 1992 and comprises more than 2,800 serum samples stored at -30 degrees C. In several occasions aliquots of the samples were thawed, and new PSA tests showed stable results over 14+ years. Reference PSA values were established thus allowing comparison among different populations. The serum bank is available for research and clinical studies. A point is made about disparities between immunoradiometric and chemoluminescence PSA tests.
