SPECIAL FEATURES OF BABY FOOD CLASSIFICATIONS IN UKRAINE AND THE WORLD

摘要
The article substantiates the expediency of the analysis of baby food classifications in Ukraine and the world for the development of innovative technologies for baby food that would be competitive in both the Ukrainian and the European Union markets. A global classification of baby food is provided together with the detailed classification of baby products in use in Ukraine until September 2015 and a new classification of baby food put into effect according to "The Hygienic Requirements for Baby Food, Safety Parameters, and Specific Quality Indicators." The analysis of baby food classifications is performed of Ukraine and the world. The article defines the prospects of technology development of new sterilized infant formulae for initial and further feeding, the dairy products (beverages and protein products) for babies from 8 months with milk, milk-grain, milk-vegetable, milk-fruit, milk-fruit-and-grain, milk-berry-and-grain, milk-vegetable-and-grain bases, sterilized milk-grain, milk-vegetable and milk-fruit formulae and porridges for babies from 8 months, as well as the products for the nutrition of children of 1 to 3 years, preschool and school children.
