摘要
Oxygen absorption in cuprous chloride aqueous solutions in an agitated tank has been carreid out with the aim of determining the liquid phase mass transfer coefficient and the specific interfacial area. In doing so experiments have been developed varying the oxygen flow rate, agitation speed and temperature. At the experimental conditions investigated the system behaves in the kinetic regime of fast pseudo-first order reaction which allows to obtain the parameters cited above.
