摘要：

The article speaks about the problem of Gibraltar sovereignty in different historical periods and lays special emphasis on the negotiation process. The article represents the course of events and emphasizes the recent success reached in the negotiations during the work of Tripartite Forum for Dialogue on Gibraltar. The author offers possible variants of the conflict development in the nearest future.
