摘要
The Kondo effect in a repulsively interacting electron system in 1D (Tomonaga-Luttinger liquid) is found to be qualitatively different from that in 3D. (1) The Kondo coupling flows to strong-coupling regime not only for antiferromagnetic (AF) but also for ferromagnetic (F) case. Above the Kondo temperature T-K the temperature dependence of the physical quantities is similar to that of usual Kondo effect in the AF case, but the nonmonotonic behavior is expected for the F case. (2) Specific heat, susceptibility, and conductance show characteristic power-law temperature dependence for T << T-K.
