摘要
The fluid flow during the Reactive Rotational Molding (RRM) is very complex due, mainly, to the competition between two forces: the gravity and the viscosity forces. The fluid flow process is modeled by the flow of a Newtonian fluid in a horizontal cylinder rotating around its main axis. A lagrangien meshless method called Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) is applied to simulate the free surface flow under gravity of a reactive fluid. This model allows predicting the flow during the first time laps of reactive rotational molding where viscosity is still low before gelation.
