ECONOMIC-GROWTH OF THE USSR - THE GENERAL AND THE PARTICULAR

This article compares the general mechanisms regulating the economic development of countries that have a market economy, and of the USSR, beginning from the moment they embarked upon the path of industrialization. The differences revealed through this process have made it possible to identify a number of changes in the macrostructure of the USSR economy that will have to be carried out during the transition to market relationships.
