摘要
To describe one clinical series, the personal and parents background in a group of subjects with diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by abdominal ultrasound (US) and hepatic biopsy. The clinical records of 22 subjects (aged 27-63 year) were selected: male n = 11; female n = 11. special formatted was filled. The results of US and biopsy were classified according international consensus of NAFLD (Quinn et al 1985; Bacon et al 1999), and laboratory results of liver function, lipid were reported. All patients were categorized by age and gender. The results reveled: subjects age 35-44 years accounted for the main group. Ninety nine of subject had personal history of metabolic syndrome (MS) and 73 % had antecedent familiars relative with MS. Obesity and overweight was present in 73% while hypertension was found in 45 % of subjects. TGO -TGP level were normal in 50 % subjects. Combined dyslipidemia was present in 90 % of cases. Most cases were classified in score 1 and 2. No correlation was found between US and hepatic biopsy. Patients in score 2 on biopsies, showed a significance prevalence of dyslipidemia overweight and high hepatic transaminasas. Conclusions: NAFLD is constantly related whit MS. Despite hepatic US is helpful for NAFLD diagnosis, it does not inform about severity of disease, thus liver biopsy is the gold standard method to identify this disorder and its severity.
